Southampton Bridal Boudoir

boudoir portraits

Southampton bridal boudoir. Weddings and boudoir completely go hand in hand. They make an amazing gift for your partner. Imagine your groom, receiving a little gift from you on your wedding day, before he sees you. It’s a little black book, filled with sexy, flirty, bombshell photos of you. He will be BLOWN away.

Just to clarify, Sarah and I went through all these photos together to make sure she was okay with every image I wanted to show. Photos like this can be very private, and I would never show anything that any of my clients were uncomfortable with. I am so lucky and thankful to Sarah for allowing me to share these.

Sarah is one of the sweetest and most fun loving girls I’ve met, a truly beautiful person. I loved shooting her wedding and I loved being able to capture this for her as well. It really is an amazing thing to do for your significant other, or even just yourself.

Working on editing the digital part of this shoot, but thought I would share the instant shots I got using Impossible Project PX70 Color Protection and B&W film packs. Also excited to be using the new VSCO film pack for editing the digital files, which now has over 115 film emulations which are inspired by Polaroid, Fuji and The Impossible Project. This girl's world just got a little bit cooler.

Starting Again
With a fresh look, and a new life! Well, not so much a new life, but a lot is changing at the moment. Firstly, we are no longer living in China. We found out in February that we are expecting a little babe in late October, so we made some plans to get ourselves a bit more settled. Although we loved our life in China and our Xiamen family that live there, we didn't see ourselves having a baby there. We've always wanted to be closer to family, and after almost 9 years together we decided it's time to make that transition and move to the UK.This also means starting again with my business. It all feels a bit daunting. An unfamiliar place, wit ...

Sister, Sister
So I was in my home town last month. It's up in the beautiful pacific north west, and I try to take advantage of as much as I can while I'm there (we just don't have trees like this in Florida). I asked my little sister if she wanted to go for a walk with me. We had quite a few uncharacteristically sunny days while I was up there. It was so beautiful, but the days were so short. It felt like the sun had just managed to get up into the sky and it was setting again. Regardless I was spoiled. Here's my little sister. She has an adventurous spirit and is about to embark on another one. When I look at these photos, especially the close ups I se ...
