New Forest Family Photography :: Hannah + Steve + Robyn

babies/kids couples family lifestyle portraits

Is there anything better than Autumn in the forest? The colours around me right now are so beautiful, and when the sun is out, like it is today, it all glows this golden luminescent light. My only complaint are the short days. I really struggle with it. But a little photoshoot with a cute babe can usually lift my spirits.

This is Hannah, Steve and little Robyn. Hannah is a mama friend of mine, and Robyn and Cav are very close in age. It’s been invaluable having her input and perspective through this new season in our lives.

Today is the start of my productive week.  I had an awesome weekend hanging out with friends, boating, islanding (don't think that's word, but it should be one in FL) and trying to take my mind off being away from a certain someone for the next 3 weekends to come.  I'm lucky to have some really great friends to help with that.  They definitely are the reason it's so awesome being in Florida. Here's Shannon. Also photo related: I shot a BEAUTIFUL wedding this weekend. I can't wait to open it up and start editing it.  Maybe I'll be able to show a ...

The importance of having maternity photos. Pregnancy is such a surreal time in life. There's so many changes happening in the build up and getting ready for this new little being to enter your world. You give up things that you like (sushi, cheese, alcohol) not realising that these are small sacrifices compared to what's to come. Nobody can tell you or prepare you for it. When this little person arrives, life changes forever, and you embrace it. Taking maternity photos is such a good wa ...
